At Soul Impact, the unique South African climate presented us with an increasing need for specialized support that transcends ‘employee wellness’. With the buy-in and guidance from leaders in the contact centre industry (Tanya Phillips, Rudi Jansen & Kobus van der Westhuizen), we were abled to create a unique mental health support system comprised of Resilience Training and Impact Counseling offerings
