
Our Story
There is an increasing need for specialized support that transcends ‘employee wellness’. Wellness cannot support an employee who has been assaulted on their way to work, or a woman who has miscarried over the weekend. We quickly noticed that the need for support is far greater than the resources available.

With the buy-in and guidance from leaders in the contact centre industry (Tanya Phillips, Rudi Jansen & Kobus van der Westhuizen), we were abled to create a unique system comprised of training and wellbeing sessions.
It takes a village, and because of this village, Soul Impact has taken on a life of its own.
